WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy is set to appear in court on December 5, for a hearing related to his recent DWI on October 5, according to PWInsider. 

Cops pulled Hardy over when he was seen leaving a North Carolina liquor store. Hardy had a BAC of .25, which is three times the standard legal limit.

Hardy's driver’s license was also revoked at the time.
