News On Why Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez Was Very Short

During yesterday's WWE Crown Jewel event Brock Lesnar defeated Cain Velasquez and made the former MMA star tap out to the Kimura Lock to retain the WWE Championship in a little over 2 minutes.

Wrestling Observer is reporting that the match was kept short because Cain’s knee not in a good way and he requires surgery soon.

The original plan was for a short match with some big moves, but Valasquez just couldn't do it and they decided on the quick finish.
