PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy has again been arrested and charged with driving while impaired.

The report states that the Moore County Police Department in Moore County, North Carolina confirms that Hardy was arrested yesterday evening. The report further states that he was released at approximately 11:30 PM.

As of the initial report, the department has declined to provide any further information regarding the incident other than what Hardy has been charged with.
