The agent of former WWE Superstar CM Punk has reportedly contacted FOX to discuss the idea of the Best in the World hosting a WWE-based show on the network.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, a representative from the Creative Arts Agency, that represents both Punk and WWE, reached out to FS1 to pitch the idea.Â
If realised, the show would be hosted on FS1, and see Punk hosting alongside Monday Night RAW Commentator Renee Young.
That may be easier said than done, as Punk left WWE in January 2014, and has been vocal against the wrestling promotion in his years away.
If a deal was reached, then Punk would be presenting WWE content, but would have an exclusive contract with FOX, not with the wrestling promotion.Â
Since leaving WWE, the Best in the World has focused his attention on UFC, where he is 0-2, as well as appearing in horror film 'Girl on the Third Floor'.
