Pat Patterson Makes History Following WWE 24/7 Championship Victory

WWE Hall of Famer Pat Patterson is now officially the oldest Superstar to win a championship in WWE, following his 24/7 title win at RAW Reunion.

Patterson, 78, captured the gold from Drake Maverick on this week's show, before losing the title off-screen to his fellow stooge, Gerald Brisco.

Before Patterson's huge victory, the oldest champion was the Fabulous Moolah, who won the WWF Women's Championship in 1999, aged 76.

In addition to being a 24/7 Champion, Patterson is also a former Hardcore Champion, as well as the very first Intercontinental Champion.
