The return of RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey to WWE is inevitable and could be in a matter of weeks, according to Brad Shephard.
Rousey, who joined the company at the 2018 Royal Rumble, hasn't been seen since her WrestleMania 35 loss to Becky Lynch, the first loss in the Hot Rod's WWE career.
Speaking on his "Oh, You Didn't Know" Podcast, Shephard described the possibility of Rousey returning as inevitable.
He said: "I’m told her name is coming up more frequently in the office."
According to Shephard, Rousey could return as soon as next month's Summerslam Pay Per View, and could be involved in the upcoming RAW Women's title match between Lynch and Natalya.
"She does have a friendship with Nattie and unfinished business with Becky Lynch so that could be a way to re-introduce her," Shephard said.
WWE Summerslam 2019 will take place August 11, at the Scotiabank Arena, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and will be streamed live on the WWE Network.
