During Sunday's Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer provided a small update on Goldberg and his health.

During Friday's WWE Super ShowDown Goldberg charged the middle turnbuckle and busted himself open, which lead to a very messy match as Goldberg was disorientated and claimed following the match that he was knocked out.

Meltzer has confirmed he was diagnosed with a concussion.

"There’s definitely more but I don’t know everything that went down there. There’s definitely a backstory on that Bill Goldberg thing but I don’t know what it is yet but something must have happened over there."
