WWE SmackDown Live Superstar Big E has joked that he couldn't get fired from the company even if he tried, in a response to a fan on Twitter.

E, a former NXT, Tag Team and Intercontinental Champion, spent the last month out with an injury, and took to Twitter to make jabs about the current product.

Replying to a fan who shared their concern for E's career after tweeting risque comments and being vocal against the company, the New Day star compared himself to the Seinfeld episode 'The Millennium', where George Costanza deliberately tries to get himself fired to get a better job elsewhere. 

Like that episode of Seinfeld where George purposefully gets stains on Babe Ruth’s jersey and drags a World Series trophy through the parking lot, I couldn’t get fired if I tried.
