On tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, WWE Chairman and CEO Mr. McMahon announced that as part of an “epiphany” he had while in the ring with SmackDown LIVE Superstars Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan, and WWE Champion Kofi Kingston, he would be instituting what he would be calling a “Wild Card Rule.”

McMahon stated that this special rule would involve three SmackDown LIVE Superstars heading to Raw on a regular basis, while three Raw Superstars would also be able to head to SmackDown LIVE on a regular basis as well.
