The National Wrestling Alliance has issued the following statement through their official Twitter account:

BREAKING

Jazz (@Phenom_Jazz) has vacated the NWA World Women’s Championship and will not appear at #CrockettCup.

A new champion will be crowned on Saturday. Allysin Kay (@Sienna) will compete in this match against an opponent to be named this week.

As fans may be aware, Jazz had been the NWA World Women's Champion since September of 2016. No word yet on why the former two-time WWE Women's Champion has vacated the NWA World Women's Title.
