In an update on the Randy Orton tattoo lawsuit, a trial date has been set for April 27, 2020, according to PWInsider.com.

The lawsuit was brought against WWE and Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., 2K Games, Inc., 2K Sports, Inc., Visual Concepts Entertainment, Yuke’s Co., Ltd. and Yuke’s LA Inc by Catherine Alexander.

Alexander states in his lawsuit that Orton's tattoo designs were her own original work and she did not give permission for their use in the 2K WWE Games.
