At tonight’s WWE WrestleMania 35 event, Kofi Kingston defeated Daniel Bryan to become the brand new WWE Champion for the very first time in his career.

Following the match, Bryan’s “eco-friendly” championship belt was ditched in favor of the traditional title, which already had side plates for Kingston placed onto it. Kingston’s children were also invited into the ring to celebrate with their father, as well as Big E and Xavier Woods, and new championship t-shirts were also unveiled.
