As we reported earlier in the day, Jerry Lawler revealed that Nia Jax hurt R-Truth when she "entered" in the Royal Rumble by whaling Truth. Apparently Jax knocked him face first into a wall and Truth had to be held back by officials as he became very angry. 

Nia Jax responded to the report going around.
