Dean Ambrose reportedly turned down a five-year WWE contract that was just over $1 million dollars a year.

PWInsider reports the news was kept quiet until after Monday's Raw ended when word then started spreading fast among wrestlers that Ambrose was done with the company. 

He reportedly had a series of meetings with WWE management over the last couple days and by the end of them he made it clear that he was not intending on signing a new deal and was looking to leave.

A source noted to PWInsider that Ambrose is a "do what he wants" kind of person and doesn't live an expensive lifestyle so there was no financial reason for him wanting to leave, he is just unhappy right now and wants to try something else.
