Sasha Banks has taken to social media to show off her newly transformed body after several weeks of working out and dieting she is sporting a six-pack.

She posted:

"Hard work, dedication! I told @theabchick to get me ready for #royalrumble and I didn’t come to play. Diet @theabchick workouts"

Banks will be competing at the Royal Rumble against Ronda Rousey for the Raw Women's Championship.
