NJPW World has released a formal statement with an apology for streaming issues the service experienced last night during the beginning of the Wrestle Kingdom 13 pay-per-view. 

The stream wasn't loading for many and many vented their frustration at the company on Twitter. 

NJPW said on that matter, "During the period from 16:00 to 17:20, access was concentrated, making login and new registration difficult. The server faced too much, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to our customers."
