WWE recently applied to trademark ‘Fashion Files: Cold Case Unit’ and ‘WWE Smackdown Kitchen’ on December 19th, according to PWInsider.

WWE is also opposing the registration of Halloween Havoc and Sister Abigail, a process started earlier in the year. A Las Vegas-based company titled KBN INC. CORPORATION NEVADA wants to trademarks 'Halloween Havoc' for merchandise and has also designed a logo very similar to what World Championship Wrestling used from their PPV's in during the 90s.

As for 'Sister Abigail', Tatevik Hunanyan an indy wrestler applied to trademark the name for entertainment purposes.
