Braun Strowman is set to take some time off to undergo surgery, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio. 

Stowman will be having surgery on his elbow, which is why they ran with the injury angle on Monday's Raw, claiming he suffered a shattered elbow at the hands of Baron Corbin. Strowman is actually dealing with bone spurs.

Strowman is still currently set for his match against Corbin at the TLC pay-per-view, but the seriousness of his injury and recovery may jeopardize that match.

The hope is that Strowman will be recovered for his Royal Rumble match with Brock Lesnar.
