As previously reported, former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore made a surprise appearance in the crowd at tonight’s WWE Survivor Series event and tried reciting his old entrance before he was removed from the arena by WWE and Staples Center security.

In a new update according to those in attendance at tonight’s event, a stretcher was brought to the ringside area for a female fan who was seated near Enzo during the time he was removed from the arena by security. Reports further state that the fan stated she had sustained some sort of injury to her arm.

The video below does show someone being knocked down by Enzo as he was being physically restrained by security.

In addition, the Staples Center has announced that Enzo has been banned from attending future events at the arena.
