As previously reported, Cody Rhodes is reportedly not renewing his Ring Of Honor deal and there are plans in place for him to face ROH Champion Jay Lethal at Final Battle on December 14th. 

However, today he revealed on his social media that if he wins that match he will take the title belt into free agency with him.

"Jay was the first match I had in ROH two years ago. He will be my last. And I will take the World Championship into free agency."
