IMPACT Wrestling's official YouTube channel has uploaded the very first episode of TNA iMPACT! on Spike TV (now known as Paramount Network) for fans to watch for free. As longtime IMPACT fans will recall, the show debuted on Spike in October of 2005 after WWE had just recently parted ways from Spike and returned to the USA Network. Prior to that, iMPACT had been on Fox Sports Network from June of 2004 until May of 2005.

During this time, TNA was still affiliated with the National Wrestling Alliance and they had possession of the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and NWA World Tag Team Championships, in addition to TNA's own X Division Championship. The TNA champions for this Spike TV debut episode were "The Phenomenal" A.J. Styles (TNA X Division Champion), The Naturals: Andy Douglas and Chase Stevens (NWA World Tag Team Champions) and "The King of the Mountain" Jeff Jarrett (NWA World Heavyweight Champion).
