We are saddened to learn that the Brother of Former WWE Superstar Santino Marella (Anthony Carelli) has tragically passed away earlier this week.

Marella's brother Pasquale was recovering from heart surgery and while details remain sketchy his recovery is believed to have taken a tragic turn and he was pronounced brain dead not long after.
