There is an old saying in professional wrestling, NEVER SAY NEVER.

PWInsider is reporting that Impact Wrestling officials Ed Nordholm and Scott D’Amore met with WWE officials last week at WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT.

The meeting was held by officials in Triple H's team and was not attended by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. The discussions reportedly took place following Impact's tour of the United Kingdom and was a chance for the two sides to discuss recent collaborations, but was not about a potential sale.

WWE and Impact have worked together a few times since Anthem Media bought out Impact, allowing WWE to use footage of The Hardy Boys and AJ Styles from their time in TNA.
