On tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, it was announced that at this coming Sunday night’s Hell in a Cell event, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley will be the special guest referee in the Hell in a Cell Match between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman, in which Reigns will defend the WWE Universal Championship.

Foley made the announcement during an in-ring segment with Elias, stating that Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon allowed him to be part of the event itself after discussing the idea with her.
