Colt Cabana briefly reluctantly issued comment on his pending lawsuit against CM Punk during the most recent episode of his podcast. Cabana is suing Punk, his former friend for the cost of legal fees following WWE’s lawsuit against the two of them.

“All I want is for this thing to be settled,” Cabana said on the podcast. “I don’t have anything to say about it. I’m going to try not to say anything about this until after everything unfolds, I guess.”

Cabana refuted recent reports which suggested he fell out with Punk while he was backstage at a WWE event with Punk.
