Sami Zayn was back in surgery today undergoing a procedure for his other injured shoulder. Zayn posted a photo before the operation on Tuesday with the caption, “Who ever said bi-lateral rotator cuff surgery wasn’t fun? I get to wear a gown!”

Sami previously underwent surgery back in June to repair a torn rotator cuff on the right side.
