The official WWE website has provided an "injury" update on Kevin Owens following his fall off the top of the cage at Sunday's Extreme Rules pay-per-view. 

The update notes that after a 20-foot descent through an announce table during his Steel Cage Match against Braun Strowman he sustained multiple injures, including bruising of the shoulder and back, bruised ribs and a neck strain. 

WWE have noted they will re-evaluate Owens later in the week. 

It is believed Owens is doing fine after his match, if not a little sore but the injury update is simply to further the story.
