WWE Live Event Results from Ryōgoku Kokugikan Sumo Hall in Japan (06/29/2018)

The following are the results from yesterday's WWE Live Event from Ryōgoku Kokugikan Sumo Hall in Tokyo, Japan:

1. The New Day (Big E & Kofi Kingston) w/ Xavier Woods defeated Cesaro & Sheamus

2. Hideo Itami defeated Shelton Benjamin

3. Tye Dillinger defeated Shelton Benjamin after Shelton issued an open challenge for a different opponent.

4. Shinsuke Nakamura came out and addressed the live crowd. He explained to them that he wouldn't be able to compete after suffering the injury from the police dog earlier this week. Samoa Joe then came out and demanded that he get Nakamura's WWE Championship title shot instead. Nakamura tried to give him a low blow and then Joe tried to choke Nakamura but A.J. Styles came out and made the save.

5. SmackDown Live Women's Champion Carmella defeated Becky Lynch to retain her championship

6. Daniel Bryan defeated The Miz

7. Andrade "Cien" Almas (w/ Zelina Vega) defeated Sin Cara

8. Asuka & Naomi defeated Billie Kay & Lana (w/ Peyton Royce)

9. SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions The Bludgeon Brothers defeated The Usos, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson, and Rusev & Aiden English to retain their championships

10. WWE Champion A.J. Styles defeated Samoa Joe to retain his championship
