The John Cena/Nikki Bella relationship saga has taken another interesting turn after it transpires the reason Cena has been against having kids is that he is medically unable to due to a vasectomy, but he's willing to change all that as revealed by People.com.

This week’s episode of Total Bellas focuses on Cena making another plea to Bella. This time, he says he will get surgery to make sure they can have kids. Below is what Cena said to Nikki:

Cena: “I physically can’t have kids. So I’m also telling you that I’m willing to have surgery and then still go through with being a dad.”

Bella: “You’re sure, though? Are you gonna change your mind?”

Cena: “I’m not gonna change my mind. I would never, ever say something like this.” 

Cena: “Just tell me you love me and that you’ll marry me.”

There have been reports of the pair getting back together, but Nikki has told the media that they are still trying to work things out.

It has been suggested that the whole saga is a marketing ploy to boost ratings for Total Ballas and if that is the case it is working because the show recently received record high numbers.
