The verdict in the case of Dr. Chris Amann vs. CM Punk (Phil Brooks) and Colt Cabana (Scott Colton) is in and the jury has ruled in favor of Punk and Cabana on all counts and neither of them will have to pay anything.

WWE Doctor Chris Amann was seeking $4 million in damages for defamation, or $1 per person that downloaded the infamous Art of Wrestling podcast that aired during Thanksgiving Day in 2014 which accused Amann of failing to act on health concerns regarding a lump that was found on Punk's backside.

The jury came to a verdict 2 hours after closing arguments. Punk reportedly broke down crying with his wife AJ Lee. Amann was reported to look blankly with little expression.

CM Punk will return to the Octagon this Saturday at UFC 225 in Chicago, facing Mike Jackson, who also has a record of 0-1-0.
