National Wrestling Alliance World Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis has agreed to defend the NWA World Title against "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes at All In on September 1st under one condition: if Rhodes captures the Ring of Honor World Championship prior to that event, then their match will be Title vs. Title, with the winner being both the NWA and ROH World Champion.

Cody Rhodes is scheduled to challenge for the ROH World Title at ROH Best in the World on Friday, June 29th.
