WWE Reportedly Targeting Major League Wrestling

The WWE are reportedly targeting Major League Wrestling, a promotion owned by former WWE writer Court Bauer.

According to Dave Meltzer, WWE have become extra-aggressive in signing independent talent, with MLW being seen as a prime target due to them having a weekly TV show.

Legal papers have shown that MLW talent let their company know WWE had offered them contracts, with WWE insisting that the stars should attend a tryout session at the performance center.

MLW also let WWE know that their key talent have multi-year deals with the company.
