The story behind Delaney getting a shot in WWE is that Brody Lee, who teamed with Colin and Jimmy Olsen in CHIKARA Pro Wrestling was backstage at a WWE event several weeks ago. The company was looking for a guy to get squashed but felt like Brody was too big. According to Bryan Alvarez, Brody called Jimmy Olsen and when he didn’t answer, they got Colin to do the job. The rest is history.
