Armando Alejandro Montalvo, who was issued a restraining order from the WWE, has been arrested once again, for failing to appear at a pre-trial conference. 

Montalvo was Facebook Live streaming at the time of the arrest, where he told officers he already has a court date with WWE. The officers then told him that regardless, there was a warrant for his arrest. 

The 31-year-old was given a restraining order from various WWE locations for a series of acts, including harassing staff at live events, and smearing his feces on the walls of the WWE Perfomance Center. 

It seems that Montalvo's arrest is not connected to the WWE matter, but because he failed to appear in December last year. 

As of writing, Montalvo remains in police custody.
