Davey Boy Smith Jr Wanted By Police For Assaulting Jake Roberts

Harry Smith, son of Davey Boy Smith, is wanted by police after throwing coffee in Jake Robert's face at WrestleCon earlier this month.

The incident took place as Jake was signing autographs. A representative for the New Orleans Police Department gave this statement:

The NOPD is investigating a simple battery incident that occurred on April 7, 2018 in the 500 block of Canal Street. The victim told police that at about 11 a.m., he was signing autographs at the location when he was approached by a known subject, later identified as Harry Smith (DOB: 08-02-1985). The victim told police he attempted to shake hands with Smith, at which time a verbal argument ensued. Smith then allegedly threw a cup of coffee at the victim’s face and fled the scene. No major injuries were reported by the victim.

In an interview with WrestleZone, the former WWE Tag Champion admitted throwing the coffee, saying that Roberts refused to apologise for comments made about Smith's father The British Bulldog on various podcasts.

Roberts told Smith to f**k off, and refused to leave the venue and settle it with a fight, according to Smith's interview.

After throwing the coffee, Smith said that: "Jake and his daughter were acting inappropriate and wanted to start a scene."
