As seen on last night's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Roman Reigns cut a worked shoot promo on WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon after his loss to Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 34. Reigns said that everything seemed strange backstage, and that Vince wouldn't even look him in the eye throughout the evening.

When talking about the finish of the match, Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that McMahon apparently kept the finish a secret from everybody backstage, and even the referee was kept in the dark about the finish until after the match had already started.

As for Roman's promo on Raw last night, Dave Meltzer said the following:

“Roman Reigns did a promo on Raw and I don’t know exactly how much of a shoot that was when he was talking about not knowing and Vince McMahon not looking him in the eye and all that, but it’s obviously a promo because they want you to know. It was a promo to make you read between the lines.”
