"Woken" Matt Hardy won the 2018 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at the WrestleMania 34 Kickoff Show, thanks to his former nemesis Bray Wyatt.

Bray Wyatt made a surprise appearance in the match and helped Matt eliminate Baron Corbin and Mojo Rawley. Hardy ended up eliminating Corbin last and then the bell rang, as Bray was never an official entrant in the match. Matt and Bray then hugged and officially joined forces.
