Rumor Killer On Alberto El Patron (Del Rio) Returning To WWE at WrestleMania 34

Since Alberto El Patron got fired by Impact Wrestling on Saturday for no-showing their Impact vs. Lucha Underground event there has been a widespread rumor that he purposely did this so he could return to WWE for WrestleMania 34 tonight.Â
PWInsider is reporting that El Patron has now left New Orleans and is on his way back home to Texas. On the subject of WWE wanting him back, there have been no talks and any suggestion that WWE planned to get Alberto fired is just a wild fantasy as WWE do not conduct their business in this manner.
It is believed that before Saturday's incident Impact was about to offer El Patron a year-long deal with the company.
