WWE recently pulled Dean Ambrose from his signing appearances at WrestleMania Axxess. According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, Dean Ambrose and Renee Young were spotted in Birmingham, Alabama over the last 48 hours. Ambrose is back there working on rehabilitating his triceps tear and may need further surgery. Below is what Johnson had to say:

"I’m almost afraid to say this because I don’t want this to be the case but I almost expect that at some point we’re going to hear that he needed an additional surgery or he’s back to square one with physical therapy because of some kind of setback. It doesn’t make sense to me, three or four months after getting the surgery, he’s not well enough to sign some autographs for an hour or two."
