Vader took to his Twitter account to update his fans on his recent open-heart surgery which took place this past Monday. Vader described the procedure as the worse pain he’s ever been in and humorously event worse than  Mick Foley clocking him with a shovel!

Fear no Man Feel no Pain!!!! I am sorry to say the feel no pain is a bunch of BS. Worst pain I’ve ever been in, even worse than getting hit in the back with a shovel by @RealMickFoley.
