Update Regarding Lawsuit Involving CM Punk, Colt Cabana, And WWE Doctor Chris Amann

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the lawsuit between CM Punk, Colt Cabana, and WWE doctor Chris Amann will soon be heading to trial. According to the report, there had been talk that the case would be settled prior to something like that happening; however, as of the initial report, that has not taken place.

As previously reported, Dr. Amann filed the lawsuit following an appearance by Punk of Cabana's podcast back in November of 2014. During that appearance, Punk made the claim that Dr. Amann had mistreated him for both a concussion and a back injury.
