The Reason WWE Probably Changed Ruby Riott's Name
Posted By: Ben Jordan Kerin on Nov 28, 2017WWE decided to make a minorĀ change to Ruby Riot's name by including an extra letter "T" (Ruby Riott) as the original the Ruby Riot trademark is still unresolved therefore they wouldn't have ownership of it. The current trademark status is āRESPONDED STILL UNRESOLVEDā and the estimated response deadline is 12/27/2017.
As seen on SmackDown Live her new name was reflectedĀ on her new Titantron and nameplate graphic.
