The actress recently filed documents stating that Otunga had been physical with her, but he denied the allegations made against him.

In addition, a judge has granted Otunga temporary primary custody of the boy, aged eight, because the beauty travels so much for work. Otunga will now be the primary caregiver until a more permanent deal is made, according to TMZ.com.
