As was previously reported, wrestling legend "The Ugandan Giant" Kamala (real name James Harris) was hospitalized earlier this week and was in critical condition. It's now being reported that he is able to breathe on his own and was taken off of a ventilator, although he isn't able to speak yet. He is reportedly conscious and aware of what's going on after being taken off of medication that they gave to him after the surgery.

As for why he was taken to the hospital, it's being reported that it was indeed caused by his diabetes, which is an issue he's been struggling with for many years now. He also had some fluid in his lungs as well.
