Did Vince McMahon Know About Chris Jericho-Kenny Omega Match?

Despite initial rumors that Vince McMahon and WWE had no idea about Chris Jericho's decision to work a match with Kenny Omega at New Japan Pro Wrestling's Wrestle Kingdom 12 in January, it's now being reported that McMahon may not have been in the dark about it.

PWInsider.com reports that Jericho did let Vince and WWE officials know about it beforehand and they apparently gave him their blessing to do so.

It should also be noted that today (November 9) is Chris Jericho's 47th birthday and Vince McMahon sent out the following Tweet:
