Cody Rhodes has responded to the WWE bringing back War Games, a concept originally created by his Father the late great Dusty Rhodes for the upcoming NXT TakeOver: WarGames event in Houston on November 18. There had been some speculation that Cody would be upset with the decision given the fact he wasn't too thrilled about WWE bringing back Starrcade also created by his Father.
Cody tweeted that he "wasn't mad" about the use of War Games and expected that "care and effort will be placed into it."
I'm not mad. I was told. H worked for my Dad and then my Dad worked for him. They were friends. Care and effort will be placed into it.
