According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Billy Corgan will officially begin his duties as President of the National Wrestling Alliance as of October 1st.

Due to the fact that the NWA On Demand service was run by previous NWA President Bruce Tharpe, it will be shut down as of tomorrow. Most of the footage came from the Paul Boesch Houston Wrestling video library. Valerie Boesch owns the actual footage itself but Corgan and the NWA own the licensing rights to air the footage.

Also, going forward, all NWA affiliates will have to get approval from Corgan before they can use the NWA name for anything.
