Paul Heyman Rubbing Some People the Wrong Way Backstage in WWE?

According to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Paul Heyman has quite a bit of influence behind the scenes in WWE when it comes to how he and current Universal Champion Brock Lesnar are presented on WWE programming, and Heyman tends to rub some people the wrong way with some of his ideas.

This is nothing new, as Heyman was always a controversial figure behind the scenes in WWE, even going back to the early 2000's when he was on their creative team. It's been well-documented over the years that Heyman always did tend to go against the grain when it came to WWE creative.

As for his current run with the company, it's said that Heyman works closely with WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon and can be very persistent about how he and Brock Lesnar should be used. The thing that aggravates some people though is the fact that Heyman will often push for plans to be changed, specifically the segments that are written for Brock Lesnar. WWE creative will write the segments and then apparently Heyman will go to Vince and have the segments drastically changed. Needless to say, this rubs some people in creative and management the wrong way.

Some people reportedly feel as though Brock himself would usually be okay with the original plans if Heyman wasn't there to change them.
