Charlotte Flair Talks Dream Matches, Mae Young Classic And Next Goal In WWE

Former 4 time Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair made an appearance on APP.com's Fan Theory Podcast ahead of an upcoming live event which will take place in Wildwood New Jersey and below are highlights from that interview

Charlotte On The Mae Young Classic:
“I think it’s a great opportunity for people to learn about Mae Young and her history and her influence on the world of women’s wrestling. I also think it’s a huge opportunity to highlight women from all over the world. There are so many different characters people see, so many styles and just the fact that we are dedicating a tournament to women is huge. I don’t think that’s ever been done in the history of WWE, or it has, but not in this capacity as far as numbers and talents. It makes me want to up my game even more, like ‘Ooh, new girls?’, I gotta keep my throne.”

Her Next Goal In The WWE, Her Dream Matches/Opponents:
“My goal is to be crown the first-ever Triple Crown winner. I have won the Divas Championship, I was the last ever Divas Champion, I won the RAW Women’s Championship, now I need to add the SmackDown Women’s Championship. I was also the NXT Women’s Champion, so right now that is my first and foremost goal.”

“Second, Asuka, I want to dethrone her, I think everyone on the main roster I’m looking forward to being in a different role. My comfort level is being a heel, so I can now focus on being the best babyface ever. That is a challenge I am l looking at taking straight on, but one of my dream matches would be Stephanie McMahon, “Queen vs Queen”.”
