Police say Paige should be charged with battery following a recent airport incident involving her fiancee Alberto El Patron.

A representative for the Orlando Police Department told Pro Wrestling Sheet, "OPD detectives have found that probable cause exists to charge Saraya Bevis with Battery (Domestic Violence). Detectives have sent the information to the State Attorney’s Office for review and the SAO will determine whether to file charges in the case."

It was previously assumed, Alberto El Patron was the one responsible for the incident and while Paige has released a statement claiming she was the one being held for battery at the airport, an investigation into Alberto is still on-going.
